Breaking: The Trevor Project received a stop-work order last night on its contract with the national 988 suicide prevention hotline. The Trump administration is eliminating the option for LGBTQ callers to the hotline to press 3 and connect with someone who specializes in LGBTQ mental health.

Pretty much. We should also note that the specific way Skrmetti was upheld sets the court up to overturn Bostock, Obergefell, Lawrence, Brown, Plessy, and Loving if they feel like it. They can basically ctl+z on every decision since 1950 now.
My paraphrase of the Alito concurrence: "The court says that Tennessee does not discriminate against trans kids. I think it does. But, the more important point is, I don't care that it does, and neither should you. Fuck them kids, I say."

The only American history I was taught growing up that wasn't a lie was what I learned about in the Mr. Johnson's 8th grade social studies class. He taught us about how unequal separate but equal was, and now with today's SCOTUS ruling we're learning it again.
