1) Adele is my go-to friend for difficult questions/conflict.
And, inevitably, when I am stuck in my own perspective, Adele challenges me to see the other side.
It is easy in any conflict to believe the other side is unreasonable, but you can’t start there and expect to get anywhere.

Adele is a person who I’ve wished I would one day have the chance to vote for. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
