I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: “interfering with the duties of a police officer” is going to be how they try to lock up, fire and expel all of us who dare to stand up when our fellow humans are threatened. If you don’t want to happen to you whet happened to me, abolish the police.
Another ICE "assault" case unravels. Border Patrol and ICE are arresting US citizens and then after they find out that they are US citizens, they are charging them with "assault" to justify their actions. This is clearly DHS policy at this point. We've seen it repeatedly now.

the american jewish establishment has made it transparently clear that you can hate jews and wish for jesus to come back and convert and kill us all, so long as you’re pro-israel. conversely, it doesn’t matter if you’re an observant jew—if you’re anti-israel you’re as good as david duke to them.
The accusations of antisemitism against Mamdani are flaccid and transparent AND I also want to point out that the Normative American Politician, particularly the evangelical Christian politician, is baseline pretty fucking antisemitic and very few people bat an eye about that

Please just buy a car. They work. They are easy to park. Get a hatchback. Demand more wagons. SUVs are lifestyle need illusions that kill children.
A new study of vehicular crashes in the UK shows that—after accounting for driver characteristics, road conditions, & more—adult pedestrians & cyclists had a 14% higher fatality rate when hit by an SUV rather than a regular car.

Children had a shocking 77% higher fatality rate when hit by SUVs.

The "unitary executive theory" is not a theory but a rational-seeming veneer to stop people seeing the simple power grab for what it is. The antidote is people speaking plainly & ubiquitously on why this "theory" is just bullshit, until it's common knowledge that many experts think it's bullshit
The "unitary executive theory" is a fancy name for a strategy used by authoritarians worldwide, rebranded for the US. It’s a legal blueprint for a power grab, and my new article explains how it turns the law itself into a tool for undermining democracy:
How to Dismantle a Democracy, Legally
The unitary executive theory is a masterclass in autocratic legalism.
