Let's try this writing thing again. Post-apocalyptic erotica this time, maybe.
Another great novel I read this year. Horror is thriving.

It's a dark time for artists. Many are struggling!

It's easy to buy gifts online. When you buy from *artists*, you're supporting working people, instead of making rich jerks richer.

This fall, send your present $$ to an artist's shop!

In the face of AI grinding out all sort of fictional dross...

I believe all writers should stress the fact we're doing the work on our own.

From now on all my work will be known as "hand-crafted, artisanal fiction for the discerning and intelligent reader."

I absolutely loved this book as a teen and Barbara Hambly shaped a lot of my reading (and writing) preferences.
DRAGONSBANE (1985)
Acrylic - 28” x 18”

I loved this book—the protagonists and dragon are very engaging and held my interest right from the start. 1/4

Hey, I know books are expensive and money is tight right now.

But if there's a brand new book you really wanna read — including my own Lessons in Magic and Disaster — you can help get the book into way more hands by requesting it from your local library!

It's easy! Check your library's website.
