So I was just in a meeting with @mikiesherrill.bsky.social and if you are in New Jersey and you need a reason to vote for her, she said that most of the rights that you enjoy are not actually codified into NJ law.

So if you are in NJ and you like your current rights, she has to win!

But the AK Air/Army National Guards, and the USCG, are conducting SAR operations. The flooding is in remote areas, and affecting primarily small villages, it appears.

I see the misinformation machine is kicking up to support Marjorie Taylor Greene’s Israel amendment.

Advocates have a responsibility to be clear about what legislation does and doesn’t do. Her amendment did NOT cut off offensive aid to Israel. We shouldn’t pretend it does.
