Never forget we knew this was coming.
12 Dem Senators and 48 Dem House members voted for the Laken Riley Act—allowing US Govt to deport immigrants on the mere accusation of a crime.

As you see those 60 Dems complain about Mahmoud Khalil, Rumeysa Ozturk, or Kilmar Abrego Garcia, among many more—please know they enabled this fascism.

In 1957, Strom Thurmond held the Senate for 24 hours and 18 minutes to block the passage of a Civil Rights bill.

In 2025, Cory Booker held the Senate for 24 hours and >19+ minutes to defend freedom & democracy.

Courage over fear; liberty over tyranny. #goodtrouble www.youtube.com/watch?v=v2ut...

Cory Booker just passed the 24 hour mark. He's been speaking for a full day straight. 20 more minutes to break Strom Thurmond's record.

I have a question: Why does an administration that is so concerned about antisemitism have a guy who did a Nazi salute on stage — twice — running the government?
Breaking News: The Trump administration said it was reviewing billions in federal grants to Harvard, accusing the school of allowing antisemitism to run unchecked on its campus.
Trump Administration Will Review Billions in Funding for Harvard
The administration has already canceled hundreds of millions in federal grants and contracts at Columbia and the University of Pennsylvania.

Good for @corybooker.com and the senate dems. Glad to see them stepping up to give their constituents a voice.
Cory Booker has taken the Senate floor and plans to filibuster as long as he’s physically able to protest the complete disregard for the rule of law by Trump and Musk.

Cory Booker on the Senate floor: “I rise with the intention of disrupting the normal business of the United States Senate for as long as I am physically able. Our constituents are asking us to acknowledge that this is a crisis. So I am going to stand here until I no longer can.”

There were four Republican-backed extreme constitutional amendments on the ballot in Louisiana yesterday.

The voters REJECTED them all (in a state Trump won by 22 points in November).

Keep the pressure on.

The 1% evade $163B in taxes per year.

Tesla paid $0 in federal income taxes from 2018 - 2022 & 2024.

Billionaires can write off the cost of their private jets and yachts.

While undocumented immigrants paid $96B in taxes in 2022.

The more you look into it, the crazier it gets.

Wow. Mexico's President Claudia Sheinbaum officially recognizes Palestine as a state. Here she welcomes Palestinian ambassador Nadya Rasheed.

Sheinbaum is Jewish, supports Palestinian self-determination, & unapologetically condemns Netanyahu's attacks on Gaza.

Historic & inspiring leadership. ❤️✊🏽

Holy shit. Republican Harriet Hagemen got torn apart at a town hall in Wyoming last night. In a state that voted for Trump by 46 points.

She tried defending DOGE and it went as well as you’d imagine.

“Deport Elon, Deport Elon!”

“It is the people who make constitutions work,” Commager wrote. “Where people are enlightened and alert, where they are inspired by faith in themselves and in democracy, where the spirit of liberty flourishes, constitutionalism will succeed.”
if you just scan the headline — or if you’re just uncurious — you’ll think this is a “trump bad” piece but if you read it you’ll find that it is my attempt to explain what makes something “anti-constitutional” and why that is distinct from an “unconstitutional” act.
