If this is what happens when Reform runs a council, just imagine Farage running the country.

Care homes closed and vulnerable people abandoned.

We cannot let Trump’s America become Farage’s Britain.

Though a different genre and slightly different tone from her others, Night Road by Kristin Hannah is still very much a Hannah banger!

Imagine being Shadow Justice Secretary and being this ignorant of your brief.

It’s akin to a UK sports minister tweeting about “our national soccer ball game with the famous oval ball”.

It’s a toss up whether Jenrick’s most unappealing feature is his dishonesty or his thickness.

@jaro4man.bsky.social Hi Jan and thanks for joining over here too. I'll see how things go and migrate if enough people join us. It's taken a long time to build our community and I don't want to lose all our friends - but hopefully we'll also find lots more over here. All book lovers welcome 🙂

Friends! Often, whilst Ron and Baby Dog are Playing or Napping together, Percy and Cleo are getting up to Shenanigans. What they do is a cross between Playing and Cuddling but you can always see how close they are. Happy Sunday everyone! ❤️❤️ (full video on X / Instagram)

(Amanda) I had such a lovely time yesterday. I followed Colin to his plot and the minute he sat down in the shed I jumped up onto his lap. I could have stayed there for hours but he had things to do. Betty says I'm a real lap-cat and I think she's right. What do you think?

I enjoyed many books this year, but 8 especially live rent-free in my head. The one missing from the picture is The Husbands by Holly Gramazio, which I listened to on audio.

Friends! Ralphy and I had WORDS. We’ve always had DISCUSSIONS from time-to-time. Ralphy pushes it sometimes but I always put him back in his place. No different this time. Mum didn’t see what started this. Was it something to do with the Christmas Tree or the Kittens?
