People can say it’s utopian or dreamy but it’s a fact that you have to believe new things are possible, fundamentally, in order to make them real. Yesterday I told a group of elderly white people they were thinking way too much about other people’s genitals when they started up about pronouns and rolled into anti trans and you know what — they stfu very quickly and we moved on. This is the very least I expect from anyone elected to fight nazis
the logic of his position is that you would them abandon those issues and so on and so on until you’ve fully sacrificed a group of vulnerable americans to reactionary bullies for the sake of a percentage point (if that)
