Doing things today was difficult. I can mostly only do things around the house on the weekend, cause I get too exhausted to do anything after working days during the week. Sometimes I hit a wall on the weekend trying to do the things, and not everything gets done. I'm struggling to be ok with that.

My therapist told me several weeks ago that she is being asked by her practice to integrate AI, but that she had to ask me for permission first. I said, no thank you. She seemed relieved.
Really horrified to learn that mental health clinicians are using LLM’s to write their case notes and treatment plans.

When I was a kid, I loved Barbie dolls. I LIVED for any new clothing and accessories for my Barbies. One of my faves was the 80s Astronaut Barbie. Anyway, in my quest to heal from cptsd, I bought myself a Barbie - first new Barbie I've had since 1991! She makes custom shirts, just like me.

My ear canals hurt. Not the first time by any means, but this is a particularly annoying symptom. Usually means there's swelling and extra tinnitus and it fucks with my balance. It's like having an ear infection, but it's just my immune system attacking me for no reason.
