“anti-curiosity” is a whole word. It’s really just a loop of the same platitudes and tropes over and over again. You never have to think a deep thought in your life or admit you don’t know something. Every “answer” is in the Bible. And you can make the Bible fit any answer you want.

The anti-curiosity of the "this is not my home" mentality has forced innumerable people into such sad, boring lives while telling them it will all be so much better once they die. Wasted lives for Jesus is not good news.
As an evangelical I was taught to fear the world growing up. But the world is an infinitely fascinating place. So many interesting things to inspire you. I’m still realizing this as much as ever.
