I used to think you were a decent person even if I didn't agree with everything you did. That has changed after this most recent mailer which contains blatant lies about Miguel. Here you are on FB pretending to play nicey-nice knowing this mailer was on its way.

To follow up, here's the response from Miguel Alvelo-Rivera to the smears coming from Andrade, about ICE.

Please pass this on to anyone you know in the IL 40th State Legislative District. (NW Chicago's Albany Park, Irving Park, Avondale, Bucktown, Kilbourn Park)

So, I *used* to think that Jaime Andrade was just a mid, toe-the-line, milquetoast, Dem. After this latest mailer from "Friends of Jamie," he's a desperate, lying, piece of shit.

Amazing how much this still resonates today.
RIP Rev. Jesse Jackson

There are going to be a lot of tributes to his activism, so I'm choosing to remember how much he crushed hosting SNL

More Physical Therapy war wounds. Don't let your hip flexors get too tight or this will be your fate. Knuckles digging into knotted muscles leaving bright purple bruises the size of your palm on your inner thigh.

I was just subject to a mini rant about dog parks being agents of gentrification, to which I responded that the people who have dogs and don't have yards are the ones who need dog parks. 🤔🦗

I had a dream (nightmare?) that we bought a bigger house but the previous owners left all their stuff behind and Mike wouldn't let me just get rid of it so there was no room for our stuff when we moved.

I found a blooming hyacinth for Ms Chompy! I think we're going to set her free. She'll freeze probably but at least will have a taste of freedom.
That answers that question. Mr Chompy was still alive in his chrysalis. We moved the enclosure upstairs for a couple days & the warmth triggered emergence. Now I feel bad that he will live a short, lonely life because it's too cold outside. We'll get him flowers tomorrow and he'll die in 2 wks.
