Realizing some of us are going to have to risk it all because cis people don't generally give a fuck has been weighing on my mind a lot. Like they can't even bother to boycott do you really think they are going to risk anything substantial?
Fucking this. I swear, half the time cis people fucking wait around for trans people to make the first bold move but are completely oblivious to the absurdly high risks we have

Many of us can't even leave now
I realise that my interpretation of the Testimonies of Honesty, Equality, and Simplicity might look quite weird to some other Friends; but I find that using unnaturally polite language about people who are aiding in hurting me is just another form of "hat honour" to be avoided.
Oh, I agree they aren't our allies. I'm just taking responsibility for using words that feel mean to me, which is not who I like to be. My feelings are what they are, but I could have expressed myself differently.

Whoever decided I could be a responsible adult? I don’t really feel like I ought to be making serious decisions about large sums of money; but oh well.
In other news I just divested all of my pension fund out of the USA (which was making up about 70% of the total).

Once we got off our train in Runcorn I stopped in the cafe for hot chocolate and after when my payment finished the barista said “that’s gone through luv” and I replied saying “ahh, I can tell I’m back in the North, no one calls me that down South”.
Of course now I’m out again, in NI instead.
