Periodic reminder that the original head of Hillsdale College divorced his first wife to marry his mistress, an employee.

While married to wife #2 he was alleged to have had an affair with his own son’s wife who committed suicide on campus.

They’d prefer you not know all that though.

Any homes "the market" can build the government can build, with cheaper financing, while building both financially self sustaining capital assets that can be further leveraged to build more capital but also revenue streams to fund co-located social programs
We could literally have a self sustaining housing portfolio that not only addressed the affordability crisis but funded co-located social programs such as child care and home care

Heat pumps are the most efficiency heating technology ever invented.

That's because they harvest, compress and transport pre-existing heat from the air, the ground or the water.

Compared to a gas boiler heat pumps deliver ~4x more heat for each unit of energy inout.
