VHS Vs. VHS-Decode. not much difference. "VHS" Filters have warped perception of the format so bad most people wouldn't notice. I think the PRO move would be to edit a whole video losslessly, then record it onto a bad tape with a PS3, then export. You either want it to look REALLY good or REALLY bad

I do genuinely believe that the way entertainment journalists wrote opinion pieces about sexualized characters in the 2010s did have a strong impact on the waves of internet censorship today. It's not that conservative outlooks needed an excuse, but that it conditioned the left to not defend sex.

i know this isnt the "point" of the post but. fanworks in japan evade the notoriously strict copyright system in the country precisely because doujin works do not make a profit. doujin artists pretty much only sell their works at the price it cost to print them
