Ok but can we talk about how cute & adorable B’Elanna is when she is all flustered by Tom? She doesn’t let herself be soft very often but when she does it’s like 🥰 I love it when she giggles at him, and in ‘Distant Origin’ when he tells her to bring her own bat’leth and she’s absolutely swooning

So this episode really bugs me because the ending should have been Tom joining B’Elanna in a *water* shower instead of a sonic shower & lovingly cleaning the dirt and grease off her while she rests her head against his chest & just breathes as he strokes her tension away - was that too much to ask??
