I'd argue that Stomp-Clap is a viable classification. The spectrum is probably something like Mumford to Of Monsters And Men. Imagine Dragons is mormon slop music.
I will reiterate that the reason the phenomenon of “stomp clap hey” produced musically-illiterate takes (Imagine Dragons and Mumford and Sons are not similar bands!) is because it comes from a tweet not about any particular bands or music scenes but about a slightly antiquated Type of Guy

This statement is mealy-mouthed; you can’t “both sides” the facts on the ground of a genocide, and there’s a clear public interest in documenting those facts
