While ofc the Teamsters *ought to* endorse the more pro-union candidate, it seems to me the union’s president speaking at the Republican convention was a pretty clear signal they were not poised to do so. Their refusal to endorse a candidate is more of a surprise blow to Trump for that reason, imho.
