Azaan’s killer has now been sentenced to 8 years & 9 months; he will serve 2/3rds in custody.
It was revealed he had already been banned from driving twice. He has been further banned for 7 years upon release.
Why should he ever be able to drive again?

Biking for transportation is a social activity. Infrastructure design shouldn’t just support it, but actively encourage it.
After all, people in cars are given enough space to sit side by side in their oversized metal boxes. Shouldn’t people on bikes get the same consideration?
