Let me chime in here and say David French can't see anything but white, and he still needs to repent for helping evangelicals come to power with republicans.
@hebagowayed.bsky.social and I started a newsletter we hope works as a corrective to mainstream discussions of race (or the lack thereof). In the first post, I reply to David French, arguing that the US legal system has always been ”dual” for nonwhites. Jim Crow and Immigration policy are examples.
David French argued Renee Good's murder is an example of the US having two sytems of law: orderly for friends & belligerent for foes. @victorerikray.bsky.social corrects him: US law has always promised fascism for non-whites & those who stand with them.
