i think this one is even worse than the first one because he had no idea what was happening and it came out of nowhere. and then the body SHRIVELED OVER THREE DAYS while he was trying and failing to pour energy into it

yeah i worry that if i abandon it i'll never come back to it but i also don't want to suppress the energy i have toward something new... i think my options are either to take a break or try to sprint through the draft and complete it and then take a break

in THEORY my novel that i've been working on for a long time (it's set in 500 BCE persia and is about a mortal marrying a god and trying to lady-macbeth his husband to the top of the pantheon) but tbh it's quite dark and i haven't been in the mood lately so i'm considering starting something new
