What I know: The last episode of The Curse (2023) was the most terrifying piece of film or tv I'd seen in decades, up there with the opening of THE LEOPARD MAN or my first viewing of IT! THE TERROR FROM BEYOND SPACE, both when I was a little kid alone and in the dark.

So, I'm dipping with pain from my recent semi-successful left hip replacement and limping with pain from my ever-increasing 30-year horrific right lower back horror. I don't walk so much as stagger around like Bojangles on a permanent bender. #NowImGonnaGetUpAndDoMyThingLikeALikeASexMachine

RIP to the legendary Robert McGinnis. While best known for his book covers (popularized further after making numerous appearances at Hard Case Crime), his work ran the gamut, my favorite being his scenes from the American West. Highly recommend this art book if you’re a fan. It’s a stunner.
