If you watch the video you can clearly see Alex Pretti was already disarmed, having never reached for his weapon, motioning for the officer who disarmed him to move before the ICE agent even pulled his gun to execute him. They executed a citizen in the streets again even more blatant than the last.

The gun was removed by agents from his waistband - he was never pointing it at them. He was already disarmed when they fired "defensive shots," killing him. They then fired several shots at his lifeless body.
