I would extend this to charismatic people of all genders.
"Never trust a charismatic man" seems to be a good rule of thumb. In 50+ years can't think of a single one I've met who didn't turn out to be an utter shit in some way or other.

A reminder that people with power (especially especially celebrity men) are given tacit permission to do whatever they want. It’s very rare to find someone who doesn’t take advantage of that.

Anyone else feeling like MAGA is getting a lot more mainstream acceptance this time around?

It’s going to be interesting seeing how many “ally” celebrities publicly turn by March.

I enjoy Christmas car commercials because they’re so carefully crafted you can easily draw conclusions like: “Asian people are not buying enough mid-size Volkswagens”

We all could use a little good news. It’s been a while since I’ve seen any glimmers of hope or signs that our judicial system is pushing back on Trump. That changed this week. My write-up on two legal developments: https://buff.ly/4gx3jJR

Men need to stop blaming women for things that are entirely within their own power to improve or control. Period.

Articles like this get patronizing. The "Chad" thing IS patronizing.
Oh boy, another essay arguing women must lower their standards to date men so that men aren't so lonely.

It's frustrating, because at first glance, it seems ok: Women should be open to dating men who make less or have less prestigious jobs. Surely we all agree!
