I just watched "The Way to Eden" from Star Trek:TOS season 3, and it was every bit as bad as I remember, but it reminded me of this picture of an SF landmark I recently took.

No, @raskin.house.gov, we should not welcome the likes of Marjorie Taylor Greene this easily. If she renounced the conspiracies, the anti-semitism, and the transphobia, and if she apologized directly to the colleagues she's maligned, then maybe, but certainly not yet.

Why? Sarah Kendzior is one of the main reasons I moved here. If you're going to just be Twitter-lite than there's no point in staying. You can't suspend an account of her magnitude and expect it to go unnoticed and unchallenged @jay.bsky.team @aaron.bsky.team @support.bsky.team

If anything good can come of Chuck Schumer allowing these eight Senators to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory, it would be if a majority of Democrats holding office rise up and demand new leadership. Mind you, I'm not holding my breath.

Republicans are still trying to make a "deal" happen where squishy Democrats pass the CR in exchange for a phony vote on extending ACA subsidies. I wrote my Senators using @resist.bot to say "no deal".
