Should go without saying, but if you’re forcing candidates through half-year+ long interview processes w/multiple unpaid tests, etc. you are de facto primarily testing candidates’ financial stability & ability to weather your bullshit. Things like skill, fit, etc have become secondary concerns.

I mean, hashtag NotJustHeinlein, there were a lot of dude scifi authors who went full hornhog prose there in the 70s/80s, it was the era of Playboy and cocaine, I just don't have the ambition to go there, and if I have a horny swinger nudist phase I think we'll all be happy if I keep it to myself

Currently catching up on the DCU and I just started #Peacemaker season 2. I think that the whole "retconning parts of season 1 and replacing the Justice League with the Justice Gang in the recap" was a clever solution and handled as elegantly as it could have been considering the circumstances.
