rare actual gamedev post on my account! shocking, I know.

I'm finally free from Printmaking class hell for a weekend, so the scripts for all 3 routes are almost done! I've also started writing an outline for a "Modern Times" demo, which will be it's own free short story related to the game

People who see “voting isn’t how you get real change, just choosing the conditions you organize under” as arguing for voter apathy are telling on themselves that they only see politics as something to do occasionally on a ballot, not built every day through community, solidarity & collective action.

Well holy fucking shit. Ring cancelled their partnership with Flock. Keep pressure on them to stop volunteering their feeds to state, local, and federal agencies, though, because that part's still going.

Over 1,000 Ubisoft workers around the world have walked off the job.

In response to a return-to-office mandate, layoffs, and the cancellation of several games, workers launched a three-day strike.

The workers walked out in response to five French unions issuing the strike call.

The strike comes after the publisher revealed plans to cut up to 200 jobs and ordered remote workers back into the office

me and 2 of my friends are legitimately the only 3 people in my entire county who saw Better Man. We saw it 6pm opening night, no one else there, and the day after we saw it I went to check and see the other available showings to maybe bring a bigger group to see it again, but they were all canceled
Have asked this before and always like the responses. What are your biggest “I saw that in the first run cinema” flexes? Couple of mine:

Transformers: The Movie (1986)
Batman: Mask of the Phantasm (1993)
Office Space (1999)

your vote has weight outside of election day. regardless of how you end up voting, until then you can bargain with it. the lesser evils are watching you, if you promise your vote for nothing you'll get nothing. say you wont vote for bad candidates. say you'll only vote for policies you like
