1️⃣ The move is constitutional. They *can* invoke it.
2️⃣ The UCP is not *required* to do this. There are other means to pass the law.

There are many things about living w/ disabilities that a lot of people who don't have disabilities probably never think about. Like showering. Showering is a 3-hour process for me, and it's the only thing I can accomplish that day. Then, I am done for 2-3 days afterwards. Fucking sucks. 1/2
