Very important news everyone. The announcer in Mario Tennis Fever is played by the same actor (Scott Burns) as Beltino Toad in Star Fox Assault. I recognized him more immediately than I should admit.

Leakers Attackdabacklog and Nash Weedle, who is generally considered to be unreliable but may have gotten a couple of things right, claim that we should expect a mainline Nintendo Direct on third week of February. That is not all as the Nintendo Direct will apparently give us the first look at the next 3D Mario title for the Nintendo Switch 2. It's been nearly ten years since we were graced with Super Mario Odyssey, so it could well be Mario time to shine once again.

The remarkable audacity to not only have one of the worst skyboxes I've ever seen, but to give it this much screen real estate. Even if they were to just stack a couple other flat layers on top to give some parallax rather than a flat image rendered from the totally wrong perspective.

not that I expect Metroid Prime 4 to sell gangbusters, but I'm pretty sure if you take a 3-4 week launch month sampling of any Metroid Prime game, it doesn't crack a million in that time frame.

The vibes of Shadowgate 64 are incredible. Consistently unnerving despite never really attempting to scare you. Up there with Myst and Metroid Prime 1 in terms of making you feel very alone.
