Good reminder that there’s a free way to boost the dynamic range of your orbitrap-based instruments.
MAP-MS overcomes dynamic range limitations in Orbitrap instruments.

Using an Exploris 480 with an EASY-nLC 1200 and Aurora Ultimate XT column, Phlairaharn et al. achieved a 9% increase in protein IDs for DDA and a 4% improvement for DIA, while halving quantitative variation.
