I don't like reposting from the Nazi Bar, but the @saveosc.bsky.social account didn't post their update here: The Ontario Science Centre, which was closed in June 2024 because the roof was an immediate danger, survived the storm despite no major repairs in the year and a half since closing.

Okay, just started watching the BBC adaptation (with Netflix as the international distributor) and because the American version was localised to take place in Connecticut instead of Buckinghamshire, I was *very* thrown by the houses and then even moreso by the accents.
The "A Good Girl's Guide To Murder" book series by Holly Jackson was great, and I really hope the Netflix adaptation is picked up until they've covered all three books because I am curious to see how they handle the final book.

If you get snow this weekend and aren't familiar with it — or even if you are — shoveling is very tough work. This is a decent list of dos and don'ts… but I'd add don't do it *at all* if you're over 50. It's very hard on the heart, especially in extreme cold.
