My new hobby is downvoting each and every YouTube AI Summary it gives me.
A screenshot of the feedback popup that YouTube gives when you downvote an AI Summary. It says, "Tell us more" and then has a list of options to click. "Inaccurate," "Biased," "Inappropriate," "Harmful," or "Other." There is then a text box to enter more feedback. I have entered, "Give me an option to turn off AI summaries." There is then a bit of fibre print about how YouTube will use the feedback, with links to various policies and terms of service, then the "Share Feedback" button.

Timeline cleanse.

I'm mildly ashamed to say that I wasn't actively aware of Drew Struzan until 2007's "The Mist" when the protagonist played a poster artist and Drew did an Easter egg poster just for the movie.
The poster Drew Struzan made specifically for the movie "The Mist." Center-frame is a stereotypical Sergio Leon-style cowboy, face cloaked in Shadow. He's wearing a tan shirt, brown pants and boots, a tan serape, a wide brimmed hat, gunbelts, and two bandoliers. He's carrying two large revolvers. He's standing on a shoreline, but directly behind him is an iron door floating in the air that is outlined by white light. The left hand of the image, far in the background, is a very tall tower. The right hand of the image is a red rose which is either very large or much closer to the viewer than the cowboy. The entire image is done in warm colours evoking sunset, and above the horizon the sky is cloudy with stars visible where there are no clouds. The image is a reference to Stephen King's "The Dark Tower" series of books, the cowboy being Roland Deschain, the primary protagonist of the series. It's an Easter egg both because the movie "The Mist," is based on a Stephen King story, and because Drew Struzan made the posters used in "The Mist" as the protagonist's portfolio.

This was what I posted after the October 7 attack by Hamas against Israeli civilians, and honestly? My current read of the Charlie Kirk murder is very similar:
1- Don't attack civilians, which Kirk was.
2- I worry the response from the Trump administration is going to be worse than Kirk's murder.
Two Threads posts by me. The first reads: "As complicated as the situation is in the Middle East, one thing remains true: Attacking civilian targets is always bad and should be condemned." The second reads: "I am very concerned that Israel's response will be even more horrific than Hamas's actions given their disregard for civilians in the Gaza Strip over the last fifteen years, and Hamas just gave them a way to further justify striking non-military targets."
