Not a judgment and IDK how you overcome it but...it's striking that every time a fresh national news story drops about ICE in the Twin Cities (ProPublica today), a lot of people respond with "Wow, I didn't realize it was that bad" and everyone in MN goes "Yes and it's a hundred times worse"

Communities have done an excellent job banding together for support, mutual aid, getting groceries for those too afraid to come out of their homes. The rapid hyper-local organization has been the most effective form of peaceful resistance.

I think people outside Minnesota aren't understanding the full picture. It isn't "riots and protests" or "isolated to one section of the city". We have agents waiting at bus stops prepared to snatch kids and parents just trying to get to school.
