This is completely infuriating. People work extremely hard and changed their entire lives to move to a whole new country, away from their family and friends, to pursue the highest level of education just to have everything they worked for suddenly taken away from them for no good reason at all...

Postcards have advantages but for my past I think its time to try different stuff. Considering their downsides (time, postage, the sheer wrist pain of it all) I urge others to think similarly. Lets try new stuff. /thread

My four part messaging strategy for any Democrat for the next four years: ABCD

-Abortion is healthcare
-Build the damn roads (ie deliver on basic functions of government )
-Cost are too damn high (housing, health care, higher ed, help with kids and aging parents)
-Don’t forget about the corruption

I embedded an experiment in latest survey to test effect of attributing the "poisoning the blood" language to Trump...

GOP voters inclined to agree with language to begin with, and attributing it to Trump just increases their acceptance, especially among MAGA

Stats consulting is constantly like:

Them: I want you to run (complex stats)

Me: OK, what's your research question though?

Them: ...A (complex stat)?

Me: Research question?

Them: You know, like the stats in this journal article. Something reviewers will like.
