Not only do they see mass social murder as normal and unexceptionable, they also see the first degree murder of working class people - let alone the destitute - as fundamentally less important than that of members of the ruling class. Workers are livestock, or blood bags, to their exploiters.
Eleven counts. The first two both invoking terrorism. The ruling class is treating killing one of their own, with the motive being related to the evils of our health care system, as a fundamentally different act than if you or I were to be murdered.
