For those of you who take drugs where you are advised not to drink grapefruit juice, also be judicious in the amount of Seville orange juice you use. It has the same interaction with the same classes of drugs.
And those of you who aren’t marmalade-makers, I must advise you, while the Seville oranges are here, just to use their juice anywhere you’d usually use lemon (or lime) juice. Fantastic with fish – and so much more besides!
