La cosa está en ver si existe un quiebre en el Estado venezolano, una rebelión o una obediencia calladita de Delcy Rodríguez y si no, ojito a lo que suceda en días o semanas
Pero si no ha desplegado ni un soldado en el país tras tomar rehén a Maduro. Hasta donde yo sé, ahora mismo en Caracas está Diosdado Cabello desplegando a los leales al chavismo.

This is the wild part about the whole Trump experience, even when he says politically disastrous things, reporters rush in to fill in the blanks and steelman his arguments. As soon as they cut away from him saying “we’ll run it,” they cut to someone saying “obviously he didn't mean that.”

Veo a mucha gente culpar a la ONU de cosas que solamente tienen culpa los gobiernos de los países, la ONU solamente hace lo que se le permite hacer. Que básicamente es nada. Que parece ahora que nadie supiera que hay 5 países con derecho a veto que hacen que sea completamente inoperante.

There is no such immunity from criminal prosecution in American domestic law unless the country you're the president of is the United States.
I would think Maduro has head of state immunity from prosecution under international law (with exception for grave human rights violations, see, e.g., Pinochet)
