Someone has sure already made this observation but the fact they can convert all those empty warehouses into prison camps means they could have converted them into housing, community centers, job training centers or, hell, libraries or schools all along. It’s always a matter of will not resources.

This also helps me to get through my TBR because on work nights I don’t worry about writing and ultimately doom scroll or watch anime, but instead can choose to watch anime (or lately) read a book. A PHYSICAL BOOK! Not just audiobooks!

Another chapter down. It’s astonishing how focusing my schedule to write 1-2 days a week and not forcing myself to write every single day has led me to write consistently and stress less…. Like I knew the concept well but am surprised by the actual results.

This year the abundance of "AI" photos and videos advertising Christmas gifts is absolutely ridiculous. My dudes, if you can't produce an actual photo of the item, it's not worth buying.

I’ve been so wonderfully lost in silksong the past 20 days and I just 100% and finished the game today!!!! The last fight was gorgeous and fun and I love this game with all my heart!!!!

“Faraway lands”. Ha. The US has been committing atrocities from the beginning. Yes, things are bad now but let’s not pretend that the government only suddenly turned bad when the system was set up this way on purpose. Any time there has been improvement it has been IN SPITE of the system
Is it just me, or does anyone else find it frighteningly surreal that the terrible atrocities, injustices and war crimes of faraway lands that we studied in history books when we were kids are now being committed, promoted and even celebrated by our own U.S. government, on a daily basis?
