It's murder. First degree, second degree, manslaughter. A jury should decide. But it's murder, with many accessories, including Donald Trump and Kristi Noem.

God damn them all.

This is truly unbelievable. These people need to be OUT of government and IN prison. #Idiocracy #traitors #MURDERERS
Absolutely reprehensible that AG Bondi is offering ICE stand down in exchange for access to voting rolls. Outrageous and disgusting. It shows ICE is in Minneapolis is not for law enforcement purposes. Instead it’s a way to stir up shit in blue states and extort them.

The craven Republicans in the Senate will again, in 2027, get an opportunity to convict Trump after a House impeachment vote. There's no doubt that some of them quietly despise Trump. The list of offenses will be lengthy & grave.

Will they blow it again as in 2021? If so, I fear for the Republic.

1/ Jay is exactly right. Imagine how disconcerted well-trained and decent law enforcement officers must feel (and most of them are) at the disgrace of the ICE stormtroopers.
Several days ago, I said that the best refutations of Trump's remarks about NATO soldiers had come from U.S. servicemen and veterans. In the same spirit: Some of the best critiques of ICE have come from seasoned law-enforcement officers.

Trump does the impossible again & again.

First, with the conservative Piere Poilievre 25% ahead in Canada, he undermined Poilievre's candidacy.

Now, with Walz deeply unpopular over winking at the Somali fraud, he has revived Walz's popularity.

Keep it up, asshole.

i think this attitude — that all opposition is illegitimate and nothing we do can be questioned— is probably pervasive in the white house and helps explain why they keep making terrible political choices
Putin pioneered this. No opposition is legitimate. Regular, decent, “ordinary” people cannot possibly be against us because only we represent “the real people.”

Tell-tale sign of authoritarianism.

Oh my God, there is video.

They had the man down on the ground, with half a dozen agents holding him down, beating him, when they shot him, multiple times. They were *holding him down and beating him.*

All the charges. Everyone of those agents should be in prison.
