I'm pretty much defaulting to F# for my domain code nowadays, C# is still less friction for infra, but once you get used to the ergonomics of F# to describe business rules, it's difficult to go back.
try F# today folks, it comes for free within #dotnet sdk !Super easy to get started in vscode with Ionide extension or VS/rider , it’s the .NET ocaml great interop with C# in the same solution, use all the nuget packages you already know and love 💕 has scripting .fsx and REPL baked in

This is how I've implemented string interpolation in Terrabuild last year - it's easy once you understand lexer needs to be context sensitive (kind of aha moment) - at least with FsLexYacc. Link to implementation in #fsharp, as there are few simple materials on the topic.
