If David Piccini is worried about the financial burdens that post-secondary institutions are facing, HE CAN FUCKING WELL FUND THEM PROPERLY.
*Your* government created this mess by encouraging scam strip mall colleges to flourish.

"Starting tomorrow, 1,000 people could lose their jobs," says Mayor Olivia Chow, including over 900 crossing guards, because the city won't be able to collect revenue from speed cameras after a provincial bill banning them. The ban also takes money away from capital projects like traffic calming.

The provincial gov is allowing supervisors who replace school board Trustees to earn up to $350,000/year plus $20,000 in expenses. Our 10 Trustees, 3 Student Trustees, association fees, and expenses cost $185,291 in 2023-2024. I thought the gov wanted to save money?

"We'll get to addressing violence, poverty, homophobia, racism, etc. once we deal with the tariffs" is bad economic policy AND absolute BS.
