The budget was a reminder to the Scottish people how the SNP creates a fair society given some money. It also embarrassed Labour. The nasty party.

Zonal pricing for electricity is unlikely to happen as it would hugely advantage Scottish families and businesses. Currently we pay high energy prices to keep England’s lights on.
