By-election today for the Stirling East ward. Given the SNP won a by-election here in December, and Labour are in a much worse position, I'm inclined towards the SNP being likely winners, giving them every seat in the ward if so. Would sort of defeat the point of PR!

Can I just remind people that this is pretty much where we are now 👇and therefore higher EU standard pensions in particular will depend very much on closing that GDP/Capita gap as will achieving a wellbeing economy & that involves a shed load of reform notably to the financial sector.
