Ryssland terrorbombade ett sjukhus i Charkiv och minst två personer dödades och 30 skadades och detta är ett krigsbrott. Ryssarna uppger att Ukraina nu har FPV-drönare med 40 km räckvidd, vilket kan förklara de senaste veckornas fullständiga ukrainska bärsärkagång bland bakre system inklusive framför allt artilleri som inte längre kan gruppera utanför FPV-avstånd och fortfarande verka.
