I’m convinced Fiona is the secret traitor, but an argument definitely could be made for Sam. His confessionals are just seem a little off, and they keep playing the twist sound effect when he speaks….

According to YouGov, 40% of Britons have not read or listened to a book in the past year. Of the remainder, 22% read 1-5 books per year and 4% (me) read more than 50 books.

If that's you, please stop doomscrolling and open a book. Let's each recommend a title.

Sad news - I reread The Perks of Being a Wallflower for the first time in ten years, and it didn’t hold up as well as I remember it being.

It was fun to revisit though, and interesting to see just how different my reading tastes are now compared to teenage me.

Very pretty frozen lake on my run this morning.

Less pretty: my frozen fingers by the end of it.

My (not a reader) boyfriend just finished the book I bought him for Christmas in record time. Feeling a strange sense of pride in my book buying abilities.

(For those interested, it was This Way Up by the brilliant @jayforeman.bsky.social and @markcooperjones.bsky.social)

Huntington's is an inherited disease that's like Alzheimers + Parkinson's all in one. NOW: "once the gene therapy has been delivered into the brain... [it] injects a piece of DNA to reprogram the neuron to become a factory for its own cure."

Playground politics really deserves its own field of study.

Finished Big Little Lies by Liane Moriarty last night - brilliantly written, fun characters, and packed with posh primary school drama.

A total page-turner to kick off the new year: 5 ⭐️

Living my best life tonight (and ignoring work in the morning) - fancy dinner with friends, home in time for #TheTraitors and a cup of tea. Might even squeeze in the end of Big Little Lies before bed ☕️✨
