I am always shocked at how little value consultants put on mainline stop bar detection and side street advance detection.
Its 2025 and we still just assume to always recall mainline phases to pong min greens and who cares about side street operations.

Median bus lanes also can make TSP easier and less expensive to implement.
A textbook of bad street design:
✅ Curbside bus lanes, which never work
✅ Right turners can block bus lane
✅ Bikes and buses, which move at different speeds, share one lane
✅ Narrow sidewalk blocked by trees and posts.

Every time I visit family here...Im just shocked Holland is the same population as Sun Prairie.
It is wild how much more dense Sun Prairie is in relation. And I wouldnt call SP a dense city. Google map screenshot of the same scale.
