Very open, maybe it's the age thing. Almost 38, it's a bit too late to hide this huge part of my life. If someone doesn't accept it I don't need them in my life.

We need to push back really hard against this rapidly coalescing “backlash” narrative that places the agency solely with traditionally marginalized and "activist" groups who are therefore ultimately at fault for causing a supposedly inevitable reaction, a predictable, near-automatic response.
I am worried this is going to become the conventional wisdom over the next four years: If those pesky college students and activists and SJWs hadn't over-reached, Trump II never would have happened.
