You know, I haven’t thought about this much in concrete terms, but this year we want to go to France, Uruguay, and we have a wedding to go to in Baltimore. So I think it will do me good to start making travel plans, now. #WeeknightWriters #ItsBetterToTravel

When it comes to character names, I usually latch on to a first name fairly easily, but then the character will be “Rebecca [Lastname]” four the entire draft. #AwesomeCharacters
For me, names often come late, especially for secondary characters.
I’ve written entire novels before naming the main character, though. I do square brackets: [Brother], say, so I can find/replace.

Here’s a thought. How about defunding ICE and prosecuting every single one of them for their fucking crimes?
I am introducing the Quick Recognition (QR) Act, which requires ICE and CBP officers to wear uniforms featuring QR codes. When scanned, the code would generate a digital ID displaying the officer’s name, badge number, and law enforcement agency.
ICE should be unmasked both physically and digitally.
