#portfolioday and time for a new pinned post I guess - my name is Jordan! I’m an illustrator/designer, colorist, portrait artist, etc. This year I’ve been leaning into my natural frenetic/expressive style. I like drawing weird little guys.
Just had an ad for an apartment intercom system pop up on YouTube after it was specifically brought up in our HoA meeting last night. I feel like this stuff is giving me paranoid schizophrenia

I know the “heartbreaking: worst person you know made a good point” photo is probably the most iconic Onion image, but this one is my personal favorite. The gorilla kills me every time

Didn’t need Spotify Wrapped to know I’ve listened to way too much Ulrich Schnauss this year, or that i tend to put You Should Have Gone to School by BC Camplight on as a nervous tic

a lot has been said about Jack Skellington as allegory for cultural appropriation (I definitely wasn't the first) but there's also a lot to be said about Jack Skellington as clueless tech billionaire

Crazy how it’s the 2nd year in a row I thought F1 would be dull as rocks and things went bonkers in the second half of the season

The real answer is as always Frank Welker, since it’ll give you easily like 50% of movies released since his career began
This is a Bill Simmons game, but you’re stranded on a desert island. You can only have one actor’s filmography. You get it all, including cameos. But just the one performer.

I’m taking Cate Blanchett: Talented Mr. Ripley, LOTR, Life Aquatic, Black Bag, Tár, Ponyo, Hot Fuzz, Eyes Wide Shut, Thor

We’re a year out from public executions of people who sleep late on Charlie Kirk Day, but it’s ok, take your time
