All the reporting of who’s showing up in the latest Epstein files release and how they interact with Epstein, even after his criminality was widely know, highlights how much elite class consciousness and solidarity are a thing, and how much they’re responsible for sorry state of the world right now.

TBF, the latest turnabout of the GOP sees them reversing the neo-Confederate stance on states' rights vs. federal regulation when it comes to immigration enforcement. Otherwise, yup, this looks like the modern GOP orthodoxy.
This is a list of the positions Walter Huss, a white Christian Nationalist antisemite, held in the 1970s. Establishment Oregon Republicans at the time who held offices like Senators and Governors would have disagreed with almost all of this. It's now pretty standard faire for Republicans nationwide.
