A billion dollars, to restore the good reputation he doesn't have?
I shall not be buying a TV licence until this is resolved, I would hate any of my money to go to him.
But surely extortion is not legal, even if the president does it as an 'official act'.

As few people have liked this, in the interests of accuracy I should admit I have been labouring under a misapprension & Will probably had a small mortgage.
With a £120k deposit on a 3-bed ex-council house in 2007, I expect he has paid it off by now. #TheArchers
